The focus of Harmony Bodywork and Energy Therapies is to support each person's optimal health, and to facilitate the highest level of harmony in one's body, mind and spirit. Training and experience in a wide range of bodywork and healing techniques enables Cindy to provide a personalized treatment which is specially tailored to each persons individual needs. Because each person's needs are unique, we work together to co-create a plan for each session. In order to achieve the most effective results, a combination of techniques is often used.

I feel that my role as a bodyworker is as a facilitator on the journey of wellbeing and wholeness. My work focuses not only on the physical body, but also on balancing the body's vital energy, promoting overall health, vitality and peace - treating the WHOLE person. My intention is to help each person experience optimum health, balance and harmony in their lives.

I look forward to working with you.
