With ample time to reconnect and restore, we will ease into intentional living, enjoying the tranquil surroundings of Sonoma County, extended yoga and meditation practice, Yoga Nidra with live Sound Healing, delicious artfully prepared meals, swimming, hot tubbing, optional massage onsite plus wine tasting at local wineries, and quality time with friends and loved ones.
