Spring Awakening Day Retreat

Join us for a day of deep yoga, sound healing, meditation, and conscious gathering at serene and peaceful Green Gulch Farm in Muir Beach. We’ll begin the morning with a soulfully energizing Vinyasa practice with meditation led by Estee. Spend the late morning and early afternoon exploring the grounds and coastal surroundings. A vegetarian farm to table lunch will be served midday. Our time together is complete with Yoga Nidra and sound healing led by Cindy.
Space is limited. Preregistration is required.
Some experience with active yoga practice is recommended. Please bring your own yoga mat and an eye cover (mask, scarf, or towel) for Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Lounge: Restorative Yoga with Live Sound Healing

Restorative yoga acts as a tonic for whatever ails us, bringing the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation where true healing can occur. In this deeply restful workshop we will utilize well placed bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other supportive props to provide restoration for tired bodies and busy minds.
Pure sound and vibration enable us to easily relax and let go, allowing us to drop into a deeper state of tranquility, stillness and peace. Cindy will use Himalayan and Crystal bowls, planetary Gongs and chimes, and other Sound Healing instruments to deepen the effects of Restorative practice.
Please bring an eye pillow, scarf, or small towel. Space is limited, preregistration is strongly recommended.
All are welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary.

Join Estee Fletter and Cindy Meiri for this weekend retreat of balance and connection as we gather in community with like minded and hearted women just outside of the beautiful town of Sonoma.
Bask in the light of longer days, relish warmer nights, and joyfully engage in the present moment. The rolling grassland, stately oak trees, and undeniable natural beauty of Westerbeke Ranch provide the ideal setting for connecting and restoring our vitality.
With ample time to reconnect and restore, we will ease into intentional living, enjoying the tranquil surroundings of Sonoma County, extended yoga and meditation practice, Yoga Nidra with live Sound Healing, delicious artfully prepared meals, swimming, hot tubbing, optional massage onsite plus wine tasting at local wineries, and quality time with friends and loved ones.
